Mr Glynn is an expert in the employment and social policy issues arising from climate change, advising both the ILO Bureau of Employers Activities and the International Organisation of Employers. He has previously worked at the most senior level, as a Chief Executive Officer responsible for a national organization, its staff and resources. The fact that this organization was also an industrial association meant that he was responsible for its strategic vision and that of all employers within an industry with all that this entails including planning, networking, promotion, negotiation and advocacy. In recent times these skills have been applied at the most senior levels within an international agency. Has extensive knowledge in the area of labour standards and legislation, industry training, employment creation (and the development of Green Jobs) and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Mr Regan has extensive knowledge of carbon adaptation and mitigation technologies. His expertise is in modern manufacturing techniques. His leadership through the introduction of a continuous product innovation and development path, made his company Farley laserLab one of the world leading brands for plasma cutting machines. Whilst building the business in Australia, he initiated the development of a subsidiary company in Wuhan, China to manufacture the Profile Plus laser machine for distribution in China

Mr Matheson has extensive experience at the executive level providing direction in driving the cultural transformation required to deliver the business strategy. He has operational experience in diverse industries including, Telecommunications, Chemicals, Plastics, Textiles, Explosives and Motor vehicle with Human Resource responsibilities for operations in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and China. This includes accomplishments in all aspects of human resource management, particularly in change management programs aligned to the business needs, and in establishing HR requirements associated with an off-shore start-up operation.

Governments across the globe have already committed to low carbon emission programs ands in many cases significant reduction targets. Carbon trading and taxes will have a pervasive effect on market and business behaviour.
