Climate change and other environmental challenges will have a considerable impact on the world of work and its participants. It is important that the policy and actions in response maintain economies and enterprises that are efficient, socially just and environmentally sound. Governments, NGO’s, business and representative organisations have an important role to play in achieving this outcome.
